Aesthetics and functionality form the perfect union in the Bac chair range. Envisioned by designer Jasper Morrison, these objects of design were inspired by the namesake table and were created for Cappellini as a natural evolution of the line.
Born in London, Jasper Morrison studied design at the Royal College of Art and at the HdK in Berlin. Editor of the Design Year Book in 1999 with a passion for the history of design. Morrison's objects provide a quiet contrast to the creative exuberance of the Eighties. The visual restraint, high functionalism and constructive simplicity attract attention to his work.
The Bac Chairs are available in an all wood version or with an upholstered front seat. Please note; the Blue Shanghai aniline finish is only available on the all wood version.
